Snowie has released the latest home ice shaver called the Little Snowie 2. This is an amazing little machine that took the original Little Snowie to whole new level. This shaved ice machine is stronger, more powerful, more stylish, and well... even cooler than its predecessor.
Some of the new features that Carl will point out in this video are the Larger hopper to hold more ice. This is nice because you can make multiple shaved ice without having to reload the hopper with ice between each one.
The lid on the hopper is another new and very cool feature. The lid is also the action to make the shaver run. You fill the hopper with ice, put your cup in place to receive the snow, and press on the lid to make it run. The reason this feature is cool, is that it doubles as a safety feature. You must close the lid in order to make the shaver run.
There is also a new cone topper on this shaver. Traditionally, with our commercial ice shavers, you would hold the cup back and wrap around the bottom of the cup with a vinyl flap to help guide the snow into the cup. With the Little Snowie 2, you press your cup all the way into the dome area, shave until you see your snow begin to pass the brim of the cup and then slowly back it out until you have reached your desired level of snow to make the dome top. Then you simply press the snow towards the bubbled area of the cone shaper and form your top. It is intuitive, easy, and a total blast to use.
