It's not from death note. It's just a gothic font which death note used.

I watched the QI series L first episode and I am sorry to say I was bitterly disappointed. I used to watch QI for its interesting and intelligent conversation and erudite and amusing questions. I didn't get this with this episode. The main culprit for this is Ross Noble. He dragged the conversation into the gutter and encouraged this of the other guests. I don't want to watch three comedians simulating whale masturbation or listen to discussions about butterfly's public hair. I remember older episodes of QI, and although there was some of this, which I am not altogether opposed to in moderation, there was also much more interesting and intelligent discussions about the questions posed. Stephen Fry, you are better than this.
