Sir mother status is euthyroid with positive anti tpo(41 Iu/ml)..but fetal goiter is detected in anomaly scan. Not ready for chordocentesis and amniocentesis cause of risky procedures..what else can be done?

If goiter is small, continue to monitor (and view for delivery by CS if large). Immediate postnatal assessment and endocrinology consultation should be ok in my view but best to discuss with fetal medicine expert as well (since mother euthyroid, risk of in utero brain impact is not high)
