At least upon new car then usually it's invoice is used to make the car value and declare the insurance charges for a year while the value over invoice includes vehicle tires also (in fact it's spare tire as well) but insurance company doesn't avail claim against tires! میری گاڑی کی ٹی پی ایل سے انشورنس تھی، انشورنس ہوتے وقت ان کے نمائندے کے الفاظ تھے کہ اصل مقصد آپ کی گاڑی سیکیور کرنا ہے کہ ایکسیڈنٹ، چوری کی کی صورت میں آپ کی گاڑی جتنی رقم آپ کو مل جائے اور گاڑی ڈیمیج ہونے کی صورت میں اس کے پارٹس مہیا کروائے جائیں تا کہ گاڑی کی قیمت خراب نہ ہو! ایک مرتبہ دورانِ ڈرائیونگ میں انڈیکیٹر دیکر ٹرن دینے لگا تو پیچھے بائیک والا جو لیفٹ (پیسنجر) سائڈ تھا آکر اس طرح میری گاڑی کیساتھ ٹکرایا کہ میری گاڑی کے پچھلے ٹائر کی ہوا ڈالنے والی نوزل ٹوٹ گئی جس کے نتیجے میں ایکدم ٹائر کی ہوا نکل گئی اور جب تک گاڑی رکتی وزن کی وجہ سے رِم نے ٹائر کو ختم کردیا، رات کا وقت، اندھیرا اور لوکیشن ایسی تھی کہ وہاں ٹھہرا نہیں جا سکتا تھا پر سرویئر کا اعتراض کہ آپ کو وہاں ٹھہر کر کال کر کے رپورٹ کرنا تھا بلکہ سرویئر کا انتظار کرنا تھا کہ وہ جاعِ وقوع پر آتا اور ایکسیڈنٹ کی نوعیت چیک کرتا! پھر یہ کہ ٹائر کا نقصان ہوا ہے اور وہ کلیم میں نہیں آتا، جس پر میں نے اِنکو انشورنس لیٹر دکھایا جس پر گاڑی کی انشورنس رقم گاڑی کی اصل قیمت پر لی گئی تھی، میں نے کہا یہ گاڑی کی اصل قیمت ہے جس پر انشورنس قیمت کی گئی ہے اور گاڑی کی اس قیمت میں گاڑی کے ٹائر بھی شامل ہیں اگر ٹائر کی انشورنس نہیں تو وہ الگ کر کے انشورنس قیمت بنانی تھی نا؟ اس کے بعد سرویئر نے احسان کے طور پر ٹائر کا ٪50 کلیم دینے کا کہا جو میں نے نہیں لیا۔ اس واقعے کے ایک یا دو سال بعد گاڑی کا ایکسیڈنٹ ہوگیا جس میں گاڑی بہت ڈیمیج ہوگئی جس کا اندازہ اس بات سے لگائیں کہ اٹھارہ لاکھ کی گاڑی تھی اور ایکسیڈنٹ کا کام کروانے کے بعد تین لاکھ اَسی ہزار روپے بل آیا تھا۔ گاڑی ٹی پی ایل انشورنس تھی، اس ڈیمیج میں بھی سرویئر بھائی گاڑی کے فینڈر کو، بمپر کو بجائے نیا لینے کے ریپیئر میں لگا رہے تھے جس پر میں نے ان کو کہا کہ گاڑی چونکہ ایکسیڈنٹ ہوچکی ہے اب اگر گاڑی میں یہ چیزیں نئی لگیں تو بھی اصل قیمت میں گاڑی کوئی نہیں لیگا بلکہ بغیر ایکسیڈنٹ کے گاڑی کی جو مارکیٹ ویلیو بننی تھی اب ایکسیڈنٹ کے بعد وہ بھی نہیں بنیگی اور اگر آپ چیزیں ریپیئر میں ڈالیں گے تو انشورنس کرواتے وقت جو آپکے نمائندے کا دعویٰ تھا کہ اصل مقصد آپ کی گاڑی کی اصل قیمت دلانا ہے وہ کہاں گیا؟ نیز یہ کہ گاڑی کی انشورنس پالیسی کرواتے وقت اِسی شوروم والے نے گاڑی کی قیمت لگائی اور اُسی پر آپ نے مجھ سے انشورنس قیمت لی اب وہی شوروم والا ریکمنڈ کر رہا ہے کہ یہ پارٹس نئے آئیں گے تو آپ اعتراض کر رہے ہیں! بحر حال! اس قدر گرما گرمی ہوئی کہ میں نے شوروم والے کو کہا کہ ہر وہ چیز جو نئی لگنی ضروری ہے وہ نئی لگائیں پھر اگر انشورنس کمپنی نے ادائیگی نہیں کی تو میں اپنی جیب سے دوں گا۔ اتنا لمبا میسج لکھنے کا مقصد یہ تھا کہ جو بول کر یہ انشورنس کمپنیاں انشورنس کرتی ہیں بعد میں ان کو پالیسی کے اصول یاد آجاتے ہیں۔

شریعت اسلامی میں انشورنس کی اجازت نہیں ہے جس شخص کو بھی اس کا خیال آئے اسے چاہیے کہ علماء سے رابطہ کرے اور ان سے رہنمائی حاصل کریں اس بارے میں

Nice information provided by insurance company representative.axtually we fail in lack of information.All insurance companies also lack in advertising their products through any media. Here in UAE insurance is mandatory for any vehicle which is on the road.and if you meet with accident with out insurance ,you have to face a big music. On the other hand all the insurance companies and all authorizes car dealers are.linked up with one software.every thing is done online. The sad part in Our country is that for two wheeler there is no any insurance.this is my personal experience.

Very informative video, JazakAllah. A few things still not confirmed: 1. How do they ensure that the person making the claim is not a fraud as some people do damage just to get the claim etc. 2. What about incidents involving pedestrians? Does the insurance company provide any support or any package? 3. You said that the insurance companies ask to break the glass . I assume that is for the customer to qualify for the claim? If so then wouldn’t that be unfair ? I suppose if the insurance company says in writing then sure might be ok. Lastly, Gov couldn’t make car insurance mandatory even if it wanted to sinply because you have rikshaws and chingchi types who probably cannot afford insurance. However, on second thought for a rikshaw the benefits outweigh the cost so suppose insurance companies need to come up with such a package.

Hahaha really?!……Ya toh ye banda bohat hi bhola hain ya phir awam ko bewaqoof samajhta hain. The only reason insurance companies exists is to make money. If he says otherwise, he is dishonest. And the only way insurance comp’ make money is to collect on premiums and deny claims as much as possible.

this guy is very nice, but I have TPL for my car, and unfortunately this guys looks disconnected to it's company, it's a mess to get things done from them, their technicians gives you an appointment after a week or worse case 2 weeks after first call, and they don't take responsibility of time in-between unless you give them threat of Citizen Portal - if they serve well why would someone not take insurance, the problem is not that public is not informed, problem is these insurance companies tries to hurt you as much as they can before they serve you
