Creatine supplementation combined with strength training has been shown to cause dramatic improvements in muscle size and strength. Grab your supply of Axis Labs Creatine Monohydrate today and take your training to the next level. axislabs.com/products/creatin...
Creatine is a natural compound made in the body and is derived from the diet through meat products. In the body, Creatine is changed into a molecule called phosphocreatine which serves as a storage reservoir for regenerating ATP. ATP is the chemical source of energy for muscle contraction and quick energy. Phosphocreatine is an important source of ATP energy in muscle tissue and studies have shown that Creatine can increase the performance of athletes in activities that require quick bursts of energy, such as sprinting and weightlifting. Now that you know how essential Creatine is to your workout, turn to the brand that guarantees quality and results. Grab your supply of Axis Labs Creatine Monohydrate today and take your training to the next level. Demand more from your supplements. Demand Axis Labs.

When supplying Creatine, you need to drink alot of water, the muscle won´t get dry inside and tight, drinking alot of water will help your muscle get bigger, IF you´re taking creatine

It somewhat helps with recovery. It also super hydrates your muscle cells which makes your muscles feel tighter and have a "just trained" feeling all the time.

so long as you're training heavy and hard (HIT) you wont lose your strength gains. It will be harder since ATP isnt being replenished as quickly with phosphates ( reason why you get boost in energy) but your strength and mass should remain. Water retention helps with protein synthesis and decreases if you stop taking the supplement. The "water weight" everyone talks about isn't even noticeable unless you A: don't train hard enough B: dont train hard enough C: dont train hard enough

Micronized only means that it is ground to a very fine powder. Creatine Monohydrate can also be micronized. By making the particles smaller, it allows it to dissolve more easily in water.

All it does is make you recover faster in between sets and maintain that power output for longer...this allows you to workout harder, in theory. It's not magic, but it does lead to statistically significant improvements, although not monster gains.

Some of it is a good way to repair and mend your muslce after a work out, Cause when you lift weights you are basicly tearing the muscle on a small level and as it heals you gain bulk...which is why post Creatine allows you to heal your body faster. I hope this helped you out Sir

once creatine is in your system it stays in their, it doesn't matter when you take it just make sure you take it daily until you cycle off of it. but to help you out the best time is to take it an hour before you eat breakfast in the morning with an acidic type of juice for example apple juice is perfect, it will help break it down and you will digest it much faster

It does not matter at all. It takes about an hour to absorb. But the point of creatine is to make your body produce more of it. So it takes about 2 weeks of using it before you see a result. It is not like a pre or post workout. It's just something you take in the day to increase the amount you produce.
@RiseOfThePickles
@RiseOfThePickles 11 жыл бұрын
All you need is about 4oz of sugary juice and you're set (assuming you use creatine monohydrate). If you choose to take it with just water, then your absorption wouldn't be as good as with said sugary juice. But if you got a few extra bucks to spend, then I recommend you use Creatine HCI. Creatine HCL does not require sugary juices, loading phases and cycling. Also, Creatine HCL does not turn into creatinine(breakdown product of creatine mono, which is useless). So you'll get maximum absorption

because its effects doesn't come until the muscular cells are full of creatine, which takes several days/weeks depending on the doses. If you start taking it before your workout you will not see any results in the same day but in the workouts of the following weeks. Now the reason why is it better to take post workout, is that if you also take high glycemic foods it will spike your levels of insuline in blood, that will carry the nutrients and creatine to the muscle in order to recover it.

it depends on ur tolerance lvls and ur body composition and overall weight , for example if u are 60 kilos and sensitive to creatine u may need less , now there are some guys weithing 120 kilos full of muscle that see no deference with 6g's daily , again there are also some 120 kilo guys that do see the effect just with 2g's , its all about finding the amount that gives u th load

Because that's when it's best used. Taking a creatine supplement, or eating meat in general, spikes insulin and Insulin helps drive more creatine into muscle cells, in a post workout meal you should be eating foods that help spike your insulin, if this is the case, then taking creatine with this meal will help it's uptake into muscle cells.The body absorbs many nutrients better after a workout.

okay well i imagine your questions have already been answered, but what you are supposed to do is a creatine load. regardless of what the bottle says, it is best to take it 4 times a day for 4 days, and then after that, in the mornings and after your workout. btw, i would switch to powdered creatine because its wayyy cheaper, and you will get better results.

you only loose the mass of your muscles, but this mass is mainly water that is stored because of the creatine, the size will go down, but your strength and gains from the time you used the creatine will still be there and working. therefore you should not use creatine for more than 3 months at a time with 1-2 months of break time ini between, so your muscles can restituate.

just one slight thing :P it is not long term gain ... well actually you will gain mass and be able to work out harder and more efficient after you stop using creaatine you will loose some weight (mass) mainly water but some will stay due to badass workouts you were able to do during you used creatine so it is worth it if you are bodybuilder or short term if you need a performance enhancement, good vid

if normally used, it won't cause any harm to body. consult with doctor and make sure you don't have any kidney problem-sometimes symptoms are hidden and when you start using creatine, it could come out. also, if you're taking any medicines, check with your doctor. drinking plenty of water is important if you're using creatine.

What when i use it like follows? -Phase 1: loading > 1 heaped teaspoonful 4 times a day ( my weight is 70 kg) for 5 days only. -Phase 2: maintenance > one heaped teaspoonful daily for eleven weeks. -Phase 3: No creatine supplementation for 4 weeks. Will I get troubles with my health when using it as above? Do I need creatine for medication in long-terms, when I'll start repeat this schedule over and over. What is the advantage (and disadvantage) of long breaks within I don't use it at all?

you have to take it on the days you don't train, to build up levels in your system, and keep it there. take it for three months, then stop for a while. the first week, you notice an improvement in your muscular endurance. not tired as fast. i'm a cyclist; during a creatine cycle, i can just completely destroy other cyclists. of course, you have to take creatine with a proper diet geared for sport or training. creatine allows you to work harder, make sure you get enough protein to recover after.

2g is a very small dose. Your average creatine supplementation would look like; Loading Phase; 20-30g per day in divided doses (5g each serve) for 2 weeks followed by 5g per day as a maintenance dose for the following 8 weeks, then 2 weeks off creatine completely then repeat. Hope that helps/

For one don't listen too these last 4 posts. If u don't over use it you'll be fine and it will show great results, just do your research on your workouts and the way your supposed to use it. I've used it for the past 3 years and never had a problem. But u wanna spend the money on it. Its best for a pre workout but can also be used for a post workout. Up to your preference.

Actually, working out w/ weights can help you lose weight faster. Don't worry about bulking up, you have to train and eat a specific way for that to happen. If you train w/ weights and keep it in the 12-15 rep range you'll be fine. Do your weight training first (after a 5-10 min warmup on the treadmill combined w/ a little stretching), then do your cardio after your weight training. If you add 10 lbs of muscle (about the size of 2 fists) you will burn about 500 extra calories every day.

creatine requires a build up in the body, it cannot be simply taken once here and there this is why it requires a loading phase. Once loaded we simply keep it topped up ushally twice a day and that does not matter if post workout or morning and night
