Does that mean creatine work but only for 10 seconds?? If so, will it be worth to supplement with creatine?.

What happens to the creatine left when the phosphate is used for ATP

My understanding is that is can be used to bind to phoshpate again (recycled) or metabolized. I found this article that might be helpful: journals.physiology.org/doi/full/10.1152/physrev.2000.80.3.1107
