Been there ,went through those dark days , accepted those heart pumping ,depersonalisation ,derealisation ,hyperventilation ,Struggled for more than 5 years ... Realised one thing that the only way to beat the anxiety disorder is to accept it and walk with it no matter how hard it is .. The path may be dark but you will see the bright sunlight ..period

I found this beautiful soul, Kate, at one of my loneliest times in life... she kept me moving every day. And told me it was okay to not move some days too. That my pain was valid and deserved a seat at the table. We laughed and cried together over the internet. AND GREW. If you need support and light in your life I highly recommend following Kate on insta and any other platform. Kate, you are a marvel. LOVE AND LIGHT.

I cried during this whole thing. Still crying actually. Thank you so much for sharing your story. This actually has me interested in exposure therapy for my anxiety. I will do more research!

❤️❤️❤️ Keep speaking your truth. You articulate what so many feel and suffer though and shine light where none existed before at the end of that long dark tunnel. Thank you once again. Xo
