I love watching someone who is great at what they do. The Jersey Mikes near me has a guy like that, too and I find myself watching him work while I'm waiting on my cheesesteak. It makes a huge difference getting that kind of service, keep doing what you're doing!

If the slicer slices both cheese and meat, won’t meat remnants still be on the vegetarian sandwiches from previous sandwiches?

They wipe off the slicer, require a special blue knife, require new gloves, and they also put it on fresh paper over the cutting board. I work at Jersey mikes in Texas and this is what we do.

I went to a jersey mikes one time and the girl dropped the cheese brick on the floor and quickly picked it up, and rinsed it and kept cutting it... i walked out!

You do some solid work. Keep it up! I might give you crap for not wearing a cut glove while cleaning the slicer, but only if you cut yourself. ;-)

Thank you! Lol knock on wood, I’ve only cut myself cleaning it and that was about 9.5 years ago. I have a healthy respect for that machine 😅

Looks fast. Does nit seem fast though. I think JJ goes for 30 seconds. The store I go to is not quite that fast but pretty quick. I'll time then the next time I need a JJ sub.

Just my opinion. Jersey Mike's subs are way over priced compared to other great Deli's in Jersey.

Those were the worst sub I've ever seen.bread to filling ratio...no sauces...no seasonings... Worth about a dollar, charged like $11.79 with chips and a crap cookie .at least he didn't crush the crappy little pack of chips.🎉
