I agree, the only thing that would be better if they somehow added 32 bit float recording. I hope they at least reply to my comment with a yes or no. Fingers crossed!

@@elijahtrulli5509 I’m hoping as you can connect the rode wireless go 2 to this system, they should be able to add it. Hopefully just a software rather than hardware update.

I headphones both the wireless Cisco and the wireless go to to me. The microphones do not sound good compared to anything but the camera every other microphone on the market, including their own sound much better.

Hey there @gospyder! No that feature isn't available on the Wireless GO II, but it is available on the Wireless PRO and Wireless ME.

Is the gain assist a software or hardware limitation? If it's strictly software, then I think you should add it to the Rode Wireless Go II as well.

I am so amazed by this product, how simple and very on directly on point this is perfect for any content creator who wants to just have a good quality plug and use mic for every day content creation, I applied to a possible partnership with you guys I hope we can work together it would be an honor.

The fact that Rode is not responding to any of the questions asking what it was recorded with leads me to believe they used a different mic to record this audio. Very deceiving practice by Rode.

I have.a question regarding Gain Assist while using the Blackmagic Camera App on iOS: Until know, I used the Wireless Me with the TRRS-TRS-Cable and the Apple-Adapter. Yesterday, I saw that you (and others) are connection the Wireless Me directly via USB-C to an iPhone (15 and above). My problem is, that the Blackmagic App recognised the wireless me (the name appears inside the app) and I cannot control audio gain in the app anymore. Is this good or bad while using Gain Assist? Thank you for your answer.

The GainAssist adjustments are made at the mic level, so recording on your phone should be simply a matter of making sure the GainAssist is on and mic is connected properly and you shouldn't need to make any adjustments in-app at all. We'd suggest recording a few tests first, just to make sure everything is coming through loud and clear. If you get stuck, we'd suggest reaching out to our Service Team here: rode.com/contact

You can use it with the Podtrack via a 3.5mm TRS to TRS cable and a VXLR PRO adaptor: rode.com/accessories/adaptors-cables/vxlr-pro

Great question, the GainAssist is adjusted via each TX (transmitter) using RØDE Central for mobile or desktop

Is it true that (unlike the Wireless Go II) this doesn’t have the ability to record - it only transmits? If so .. why have Rode taken this great facility away?

Hey there, the Wireless ME is designed to be super easy to use and give you incredible sound out of the box with minimal setup required. It offers some cool unique features too, like Gain Assist and a mic built into the receiver. The Wireless GO II offers more advanced features, like on-board recording, safety channel, flexible control over the output level, and a screen for checking audio levels and other settings. “Ultra compact”???!!! Sorry but this is the most ugliest wireless microphone on the market right now. Very big, heavy, bulky, that big and ugly logo and tex on the transmitter…

Hey there, if you don’t want the mic in your shot, you can just flip it around so it's facing the inside of your shirt, or you can plug in an external lav and clip it to your belt or wherever you need.
