I also wonder if “rebellionaire” is a shot at resellers too, given that they released randomly at boutique shops only. As in “resellers can’t stop true fans from wearing the sneakers”.

Usually I do not like so much going on , on my Jordans but I do like these. Taking the OG AJ1 blocking and modifying with interesting style hits and connecting them with MJ's early banned situation is a nice touch. To me the Rebellionaires are interesting & unique and more of a statement sneaker. Definitely not an everyday type AJ1 but certainly a bold choice to mix into the rotation for those who can get them. So far already took a few Ls online and in person (in NYC) and entered a few raffles this past week in the hope to at least cop a personal pair. I was a bit unsure on these at first but I have grown to like them quite a bit and considering outside of a few exceptions not looking like a great year for the AJ1, these are one of the few standout versions in 2022.

I might be in the minority but I love them I’m kind of tired of people just wanting Nike to release og color ways

Packaging is great but I'm not feeling those graffiti details on the shoes itself. It's a bit too much. A simple Shadow 1 with just the banned mark at the back IMO would've been a better final product.

I am NOT a fan of the Jordan 1’s(to wear myself) because I never really thought that they were comfortable enough to wear on the court. But I’ve ALWAYS like them for the style because they’ve always looked dope to me but like I said before, just didn’t look comfortable enough to play ball in. Now that I’m not on the court anymore, I can actually appreciate the STYLE more than the performance. BUT THESE RIGHT HERE!!! The second I saw them I said that I gotta have em!!!! They spoke to me the second I saw them. From the color way to the writing, they IMMEDIATELY drew my attention.

Also I just bought the stone cold shirt. Hella fits to get off. Can't wait for it to cone in

The difference is you can’t compare these to the shadows…of course we would prefer the shadows..most of us couldn’t cop them or afford them. These are 8/10 for overall…availability, price, distinction, and design.
