I find it harder to be consistent when you're shorter. A difference of 2-3 inches on your jump days can be the difference between getting dunks or not(in my case), or getting small dunks and punching them which is tough mentally, let's say against someone who's 6ft and the same 3 inch difference in jump height will prevent him from doing an eastbay but he'll still be punching windmills which can get you hyped up anyway.

whats up bro! You appeared in the ( XpressTV video.) the vertical jump with the highest jump that has been documented. Keep making videos to inspire young people. You can have a dunk competition with your subscribers, who live close to where you are and of course have followed your training. 🙏God bless you 🙏

To simplify.. picture two tuning forks. If you strike one at one sec and wait another sec and strike the other they will both start to resonate coherently .. I’m not taking anything from Austin just looking at it from a different perspective...he is around the highest jumper it’s only natural for him to resonate on your frequency ..first person experience is the best .. me watching you vs being next to you would increase anybody’s vertical again not taking away from Austin for he learnt the ways of obsession ❤❤❤❤❤

So you've placed knee pain resolution at the core of your program. Your stuff is elite there's no doubting that. What I'm curious about is are you actually sure that knee pain isn't just a result of your constant reliance on leg curls since you were probably too underdeveloped to even move any weight through a machine and up to now ? I've always been very particular and skeptic about leg curls, through direct observation of where they led to in young athlets around me growing up. I still remain a skeptic or don't consider them vital for strenght neither health. I'm wondering if the knee pain you teach how to manage is really just a by- of landing from 50+ repeatedly, but instead a by- of choices you have made to develop the strenght base to get up to 50+ in the first place. Educate me please, if you can. ATG doesn't get you to 50+, but it does get you to 40 **, and keeps you there best through longevity. And of course, NO knee pain. (understatement actually). PJF doesn't get you to 50+, but it refines your athleticism like no other. (And it can get you to 45+) Also no knee pain. And differently from ATG, you can overall load heavier, though not as heavy as I've seen from Isiah on his THP main compund lifts in the last few years. ... What I'm trying to say is, you really shouldn't call yourselves the absolute best that eagerly and openly. You have a way that works for you, that is very specific to maximing vertical inches in isolation and that can work for many people if taught and apply accordingly, and that's it. The marketing effort deserves nothing but respect, as all your work. Keep up and thank you for the content brothers!! ** potentially

Genuinely curious how come Austin needs to put that much effort into dunking and he doesn’t seem to have a lot of room for error when trying to dunk even tho he has a 47 inch vertical at 5’9. I know a lot of guys that are 5’9-5’10 with a 35-40 inch vert who seem to be dunking easier than Austin?

Standing reach differs between people. Jumpsbychi is 5’9 and has a standing reach of 7’8 whereas Austin has a standing reach of around 7’4.
