Hey Isaiah, what are you doing to heal your popliteus? I am going through the same type of injury right now.
@IsaiahRivera12 ай бұрын
First was avoiding flare ups, it took forever to find everything that kept pissing it off. And now just slowly loading it without flaring it up.

What was the key factor in increasing your squat so much over the last 4 years?
@IsaiahRivera12 ай бұрын
Consistently pushing my limits in the weight room. People don’t train hard enough.
@EwokBb2 ай бұрын
@@IsaiahRivera1 that's definitely how I had the best increases when I was consistently training very hard but also ended up causing me repetitive strain injuries but I've recovered from that and will push hard smarter this time.
@clintguia79842 ай бұрын
@@EwokBb how and why did you injure yourself may I ask?
@GlennJacobsBFL2 ай бұрын
Is it true that in order to increase your vertical jump, you need to train eccentric to build up strenght and then train concentric + plyos in waves (for shorter amount of times).(also put some isometrics in their to variate) ?
@IsaiahRivera12 ай бұрын
Not necessarily. This is my first time doing this type of training. It’s like having a golden bullet that you can only use once. The first time you use a stimulus will be the most effective it’ll ever be, so be careful when you decide to use it!
@GlennJacobsBFL2 ай бұрын
@@IsaiahRivera1 the reason i asked was because i used to train plyometrics and concentric all the time and then my PE teacher told me to do essentric (and isometric) training until im strong enough to do plyometrics. But thanks for the tip tho!

How many different cycles are there for me to go through in order of specificity. Ik that each cycles incorporates all types of specificity but what exactly are these cycles.
@IsaiahRivera12 ай бұрын
Hypertrophy, max strength, absolute strength, eccentric, isometric, strength speed, speed strength, tapering cycles, and higher to lower ground contact time plyos. And then we mix and match them for variety and to maintain qualities.
@googlefaps58832 ай бұрын
@@IsaiahRivera1on that specific order? What’s the different between max and absolute strength. Are u talking about general strength gain and peaking strength? As in boost CNS if so how the hell Dyu stay peaked for so long

*Making The Pass* You got a 'Completion Value' on your River Head which has only achieved 6. The Loan is maturing and the Jews which completed 6 cannot make the 7. The imperative is that someone must jump to it and they must have a value comparable with nearly 1 Bill. Having a 1 Bill platform and the ability of Morality suggest that the crisis must become Manned right away. LeBron James will undergo crisis at the end of season and his transition will need to keep him within the borders of the US. With your obtainable value; replacing him in the Olympics is where the World becomes the love of the loaner and All Star becomes his reproof. Thus you have 2 attributes which are magnified and are only obtainable at the 50 (🇺🇸). Yet, if the 50 isn't the likeness then all hope is lost. Brother James will study forth for the 7 loan and join the Team there, with the All Star Dunk Contest Trophy as his marker which you are being asked to achieve forth. Once you have accepted 'The Bill'; your voice will carry throughout its Cosmology. This is how your liturgy becomes useful in the State of Colorado where crisis has already dealt. "We need you Isiah"! 😇🏀💌🔭🌟💯🙏🇺🇸
