How I fix my muted , muffled sounds on my Tongue Drum

Please be very, very careful if you decided to do this.
This is my method that I use to fix my personal drums and for others.
This may and may NOT work on your drum.
Please exercise caution if you decide to do this.

Thank you David!! I am so glad you posted this.. We are raising a 5 year old and my Nova drum is damaged.. I wanted to thank you again for your Rainbow post.. It means a lot to me..

Hey Buddy. Hope you are well. Ughhh....you dont wanna know how many times I had to "FIX" that drum....and my Guda as well-since I allow her to play with that.Daughter understood "not to play" too hard.....but friends---other kids---they just want to make sounds....basically, the harder they hit- the louder the sounds. I have done similar. Also one time on of my Idiopans notes wasso dull. It turns out there was paint dropped in between the tongue. So all I needed was a better knife and got rid of the drip and then nice sounding note!!
