I dont have a recommendation for solutions really because i dont they they’re what matters. The EPA regulates what we can use and most stuff works for something. Just find what works for you. Try to keep the cost down and change it when you find better.

trust me. you're just intimidated by the bigger numbers but i promise you that you can get what your worth. decide your price based on your cost add your profit then give them the real number. not the number you think they'll be ok with.

@@DJTheBoss Hey DJ. I’m trying to do everything you said. I’m working on my website now, I just made a logo to put it on a shirt and business cards to be more professional. One of gyms I clean for have a bodybuilding coach that is impressed with my work, and he said he’ll introduce me to a couple of his friends who have buildings after I finish my website and get business cards. I’m growing but I am still having issues with raising my prices from $100. When I did the math to include employees and 30% for taxes and business expenses I came up with 160 for 3 hours of work. An employee would receive $17/hr at 31%, my pay would be 20/hr at 38%, and the taxes and expenses would be $48 at 30%. But I’m trouble with asking for that much because I don’t feel like I bring the value to match the price yet. Sooo…wirie now I am investing in myself more with books, giving as much value as I can with The price I already have, and just being patient. I know I have it in me I just Haven’t found it yet. What Are you thinking?

Dont look for quick answers. start thinking and making decisions. How much is it guna cost u to not do it. Then how much u wana profit on top of that.

@@DJTheBoss I sent the proposal and I expected I would need 2 people to clean it. They got back to me and surprisingly they were paying only 1 employee previously doing the whole 65,000 sq ft.... So I lowered the pricing to get closer to match how much it might cost for one cleaner and some left over profit. I was a little disappointed cuz it seems like my profit is gonna be on the lower end. But I'm trying to remember that its more about how many accounts you can make some profit from not necessarily how much you make from 1 account. Plus I can always raise my prices in the future.

Systematize EVERYTHING! The more things are predictable and routine the easier it will be. Dial down all details from the start to finish points of delivering on both services without I physically. That way you can focus on perfecting those systems for better results.

You can definitely start it on the side. However Running any actual business is more work than most regular jobs. So don’t expect it to be easier or less work. But it can be done along side having a full time job. It just takes dedication outside of work.
