I stumbled onto your channel, and although I've never had any injury at all like this other than a few broken wrists, it amazes me the resilience and positive attitude. Anyone can take away something from this kind of mind set. Hats off to both of you fellas!

Thanks for sharing and I really like the upbeat positivism of Mark. Back in 2022 I had my C4-C5 SCI injury (central cord syndrome due to compression), recovered really well and although I look like an able bodied person from the outside I still struggle with some of the long terms effects (muscle stiffness, some slight spasms, minor coordination issues and some bladder/bowel things i.e.) Hence this is all very relatable. As I was also not admitted on a special SCI ward in rehab I totally recognize the feeling 'lost and alone' component during rehab but also afterwards, but luckily channels like this and other social media do exist!

You two are helping me smile! And adjust my attitude. Cheers! San Jose, California. ☀️

Quick note about ‘inspiration’- generally I don’t have a vocabulary to express the full idea or emotion of what I’m thinking; inspiration is handy word that doesn’t detail what I fully mean. I have a different disability and watching your attitude, approach to the struggles and being open/real is a bright light and a cool breeze. 😎👍🏽 I always disliked the word resilience! Not sure why 😂. Thanks guys-
