Not only did he try and eat this mammoth full English but we also challenged him to cycle home and burn off all those calories. 17,000 calories is the challenge, does he make it? Will the breakfast beat him? Is his iron stomach up to the task? Watch the video to find out.

@@gcn Actually, I think I have. I believe you can get real time glucose monitors these days. How about getting two riders, or one rider on two occasions, to a situation where they are glucose depleted, then test how much faster, if at all, that scientific nutrition products assist in regaining normal glucose levels, compared with more traditional foods.
