I began my lifting journey when I was 18. I’m about to turn 38 in 2024, so I am staring down the barrel of a full 20 years of lifting weights. Now, I wouldn’t call that 20 years of TRAINING, and certainly not Powerlifting, but lifting it was.
In 2019 I set some goals for myself to obtain an Elite Total before I turned 40 years old. Each year I had targets to hit, and if I didn’t hit them, I’d take an intervention. Which brings me to my newest intervention, hopping onto JuggernautAI.
My hope is that by handing over the reigns to the mind of Chad Wesley Smith and his AI awesomeness, I’ll be able to catch up on my targets and be on my way to some new PRs soon.

I’m a big fan of JuggernautAI. There’s an impression that it always programs a lot of volume, and I haven’t found that to be the case. So long as you’re honest with feedback it will give you enough volume to make progress but not more than you can handle.

Good feedback dude. I'm halfway through the first week of a Bridge Block and feeling it. Not terrible, but definitely a lot of work. I'm excited to see what the next phases have for me.

@@GrayMatterLiftingThe bridge is always an adjustment but I bet next week you'll be feeling stronger and better equipped for the short rest periods!

@@fwiffo42 oh for sure. I'm benching like 8 times this week, so just that alone has me dialing in my technique and feeling solid, even though the weights are relatively light
