In order to achieve anything worthwhile in life, it's so important to cultivate a GROWTH mindset rather than a FIXED mindset. In today's video, I will share my struggles with limiting beliefs and how I'm working on overcoming them!

Wow, you struck gold again on this video! I will definitely be using this mindset in my tomorrow. Thanks so much for sharing. It’s really perfect timing because I have been feeling stagnated as well. I have not been posting as much as I should or want to and have been making excuses just like you explained. And you’re right it does give me a sense of relief when I make the excuse, but that’s all it is an excuse and I know I can do better. 💪💪 This video gave me a fresh motivation to do better💥 thanks again. Can’t wait to see what’s next. Keep them coming!

Nicely consolidated Irina! Your point about envy of successful people quickly connected with me. When I look at high achievers, the thought that excites me is that those are practical examples of possibility, of how high I can go! The last point is what needs a lot of work. When do we rest and celebrate...there is no point in life where we can say that Yes! I have arrived!!. This is the most tricky part, to be restful, breathe and live life at an even pace. What I find as a powerful antidote is the thought that I am the centre of my life experience. So if my wellbeing, my centred-ness goes out of balance, then any life experience becomes worthless, no matter how high an achievement it would be. Something like if you achieve the riches of the world but have no health or energy, then you cannot even feel the happiness of achievement! What do you think?

Thank you! I like that you refer to successful people as “practical examples of possibility.” That’s a great perspective to have! And I completely agree that taking care of your mental/emotional/physical health while on the road of self improvement is crucial. No success can be fully enjoyed or appreciated if it is coming from a place of lack!
