My "How to deal with a bad day" list:
🪅 Know that this day will pass
🪅 Don't shut down or shut people out
🪅 Do things that bring you joy (create your bring me joy list)
🪅 Get out of the house and go for a walk
🪅 Be kind to yourself
🪅 Journal, talk, listen to helpful/motivational podcasts & videos
🪅 Breath, meditate, take a moment, drink tea (hot drink)
🪅 Celebrate previous wins and successful milestones
🪅 Plan something to look forward to
🪅 Comfort yourself (e.g. Disney & soft things)
🪅 Make time for self-care (face mask, nails, hair)
🪅 Keep thinking positive thoughts
🪅 Stick to your routine
