10/10 I love how your video at some point completely derails into Pets and Veganism, It really remind me of how I am myself. PS I like your wooden dresser in the kitchen very country cottage :P

Ahah wouldn’t be my introduction if it didn’t 🥹 only bit I wish I had clarified is my contract states that the only acceptable animals are cats & dogs otherwise I would have at least a goat in the garden 😆 Thank you so much! That’s totally the vibe I wanted like to the T ! And I found it on Facebook marketplace for £150 🥹 that’s 100% evidence of a manifestation ✨

If you’re taking the elvanse at 10am, when do you feel it wearing off? I take mine at 7:30am. It takes 2 hours to feel anything and 3 hours to feel the full effects. Mine starts to wear off by 2pm with vastly reduced focus and is totally gone by 6pm. The noise cancelling headphones are a great idea. I use mine all day long. They seem to help enhance the focus effects of elvanse. Totally agree that elvanse doesn’t really seem to affect appetite much. How this is prescribed as a binge eating med is lost on me but I guess it must suppress appetite for some folks. Fair play to you for your organisation skills! I kind of do the same thing but more on the fly - I work in IT where stuff is in flux a lot of the time so there are rapidly changing priorities. For me the biggest challenge with tasks is staying the course and remaining focused. Also, working in a methodical fashion is a problem for me. I tend to start something then another priority task comes on the radar and my brain wants to switch to it. It also wants to jump around the steps in tasks, so it’s not a, b, c, d, but c, b, a, d or some such. It’s like I have to work harder than peers to produce the same output! Now I’m taking Elvanse its focus kicks in a bit to help me keep my brain on task. I’m hoping to find some structure stuff like your lists to help me as well. Might give pomodoro another go. Maybe also try turning everything off except the stuff i need to do one task - omg to not be distracted by my phone 10 times prr hour lol. That way the structure is really helping prevent the distractions from even coming up. That’s the theory … just got to do what you’re doing now and actually integrate the structure stuff into my day. Thanks for the inspiration!

Hey, I think probably around 4pm'ish if I take it at 10am but my focus always drops after taking a lunch break so if I'm working from home I try not to break and just start work after 11am in order to work through and then I can easily focus until 6pm. It's funny, I didn't feel like Elvanse suppressed my appetite until I increased to 50mg and then suffered from lack of appetite and extreme anxiety so had to take a break and work back up to 40mg. Since then I feel like it's negatively affected my appetite everyday 😞 It's incredibly difficult for me to focus, especially when I WFH, I need to create a complete zone where I will not be interrupted in order to get in a flow. I focus fairly well at the office but if there is too much noise it all goes out the window and I may as well go home. I'm going to be honest, I've not managed to stick to these task lists and have reverted to time blocking, but my calendar has very little influence on my ability to focus so it's 50/50 if I'll stick to my schedule!
