Thank you for this. I know normally when applying for a bond, they require a settlement letter as evidence that credit is paid off. They're aware that credit score takes a while to update. With the right team you can have your dream home All the best 👌🏽

Your smille 😍😍. I don.t have dept only a hospital bill that I dont want to pay because the medical aid was supposed to do it. Almost 1 year we fight and I gave up. The bill was only R600 and its R2000 now I know I will loose more if I fight longer. And the call I receive for only R2000 are too much. You are so brave.🤗🤗

Please try to pay it off Sis. Otherwise it will keep on compounding. I know exactly how you are feeling… i have experienced the same thing with Lancet labs. My medical aid did not pay for my test and a bill of R130 turned into R600 after almost 2 years. You can at least set a debit order of R100 monthly.

My situation is also similar to yours. I have reds in my credit report which I have all paid up but I'm still getting declined for vehicle finance. I don't know what to do😭

Hi Buhle. Sorry to hear that. It takes about two years for those red to be removed from your report. The best thing to do is to pay off everything you have in arrears. Then you can go ask your bank(where your salary comes in) for a loan/ car finance . Good luck
