Have played 4-3-3 man marking basically my whole life. I think your principles are a great tool to train your pupils to think deeper about the game than those absolute basics. Would love to hear about the training exercises u use or will use to instill these principles in your players.

It's great video 👍 Last year I make coach license, so this year I train my first team. My players have atributes to play 4-1-2-3 or 4-2-3-1, but they played only 4-4-2 and I don't now, how to train them, to play other formations. So I will be happy, if you make video of formation training. (I have write English a year ago, so sorry if there are mistakes 😀😀)

I am sure that I am not alone in really looking forward to seeing your coaching philosophy develop year by year. ** Your point about the dangers of imposing a new style on a squad of players hits particularly home for me. The EPL team I follow (Crystal Palace) had a disastrous albeit brief clash of styles / personalities / something a few years ago. Frank de Boer was appointed Head Coach, and we set hundred-year records (lost the first seven games, didn't score a single goal...). I'm sad it didn't work out, I had really been looking forward to seeing some silky Dutch tactics instead of our usual dull (but solid) style! ** Going forward, I think that it might be cool for you to take a manager or a team and discuss the how the four Pillars and nine(?) Principles are applied. And maybe how a team / club / manager / nation has changed over time.
