It’s the U.S. who sponsored the Nazis as controlled opposition to reestablish Israel for religious conservatives, ie Zionists, and to weaken the USSR. The U.S. is now backing the Nazis in Ukraine to pin Russia back so the Zionists can make a land and resources grab in Gaza.. and even hit Iran.. The Greater Israel Project..

I think anyone who is looking closely at the war in ukraine and the events leading up to it can realize that this entire conflict resembles much more closely to a civil war then an armed conflict between seperate nation states. As a westerner I feel deep shame and regret that our instiutions have managed to penerate and subvert the culture of the region to such a point that now brother kills brother in the name of some fake history that never existed. While I support Russia politically, I do not support the dehuminization that is taking part on both sides, The tearing apart of centures of tradition, brotherhood, and legacy is painful to watch. May peace reign and the fighting stop soon.

Really fascinating video and from a perspective that we simply never hear in the western media. What has happened in Ukraine has been a human tragedy but has been in the making for many years with external forces stirring the pot - and yet the Ukrainians themselves have paid the highest price, many of them the ultimate price. As anyone who understands the region knows, you cannot enforce a single identity on any country in central Europe, you have to accept pluralism or you will have big trouble. At the heart of the problem, as this young man says, has been propaganda, turning Ukrainian kids against the Russians and even turning families against each other, it has been disgracefully cynical and may never be healed.

As a person who was born and grew up in Donetsk, I can say that what the young man said is a set of clichés from the Russian media. Until the events of 2014 began, in which we were cut off from Ukraine by Russian troops, we had no idea that we or other Ukrainians were being turned against something. However, I can say that since then, the Russians have done quite a lot to turn Ukrainians against themselves.

For those who didn't know: in May 2014 Mariupol residents held a referendum on leaving Ukraine and re-joining Russia. The vote won by a huge majority (like 80 or 90%), in response the new Kiev gov sent armed thugs and Maidan activists (who later became Azov) who quelled the rebellion in rivers of blood. Well known is the assault on the Mariupol police station (police supported the people) where they slaughtered every policeman and every civilian that tried to help them. After that began 8 years of terror.

So much brain-damage in the comments. Donbass has ALWAYS been Russian, for centuries. The population is homogenic Russian, Mariupol was always a Russian city. This whole area has been called Novorossiya (New Russia) for like 400 years. The fact that both it and Crimea voted to separate from Ukraine after a western coup-de-tat that put ultra-nationalists in power can be a surprise or a scam only to the brainwashed. Funny how these same people will defend Yugoslavia's breakup as "democratic" and "legitimate", lmao, even though the percentage of votes was even higher than in Mariupol and Crimea referendums.

I am from Czech Republic and I can tell you this: Russia has lost well over 20 milion people to be able to liberate Europe. If Germany would not have attacked Russia, than my parents would most likely die in gas chamber and I would not live now. USA and Britain would not have had any chance to liberate whole of Europe, because 95% of Hitlers´s huge army died when figting Russia. Without Russians history would be very sad and 100% different. That is why I hate rusophobia and NATO too. BTW , NATO leader(USA) hit Germany last year..Nord Stream. What a disgusting leader. NATO is stinking to me, not Russia. Ukraine war is due to USA´s greed to stick it´s nose right on Russia´s borders !!! as well as due to Ukraine´s army which killed 14000 russian language speakers in Donbas since 2014.

As an American from a Missouri farm family and community, I've spent a lot of time in Ukraine. I like to call Odessa my second home. Lots of my expat friends in Odessa were always vehement russophobes. Never understood why they bothered to come to Odessa because it was Russia that made that place. From it's beauty to its warts. My own experiences there have been great for the most part from the people to the markets to the architecture to the sea. I've also had the good fortune to go to Lvov, Kiev, Crimea/Yalta, Nikolaev and Kherson. And I've also been to Russia: Moscow, Tula & Rostov Veliky. I really like the overall culture. So now that we have a war, effectively a civil war, I am pained to see all of the death and destruction. I'm not really for either side. But if I was Putin and the west took the actions it did in Ukraine from 2014 on I probably would have arrived at the same conclusion. My only question is why were so few troops used? I believe Putin and his military have operated with extreme restraint. This makes things extremely difficult for his troops as they have to endure the extended time they will now spend in the field as a result.

@@misswinter6129 propaganda ??? Russia's invasion of Ukraine violated the prohibition of force contained in the United Nations Charter and the peremptory norm of general international law prohibiting aggression. The invasion was not an exercise of individual or collective self-defense, or a humanitarian intervention, as Russia variously claimed. The United Nations General Assembly rejected all such claims when 141 member states voted to deplore “in the strongest terms the aggression by the Russian Federation against Ukraine in violation of Article 2 (4) of the Charter” as well as “the involvement of Belarus in this unlawful use of force against Ukraine.” The legal implications of Russia's act of aggression, and its violations of international humanitarian law, through international criminal law, international human rights law, and the law of state responsibility. argues that Russia violates the human rights of every person it kills, and that states are permitted and may be required to provide military assistance to Ukraine and impose economic sanctions on Russia. As Ukraine fights for its survival as an independent state, international law remains both a moral guide and a strategic asset.

In my country I feel so much hate for Russia, it is unbelievable. The arguments are just filled with prejudices and ressentiments. But I admire the Russians. Their culture, the ties Germany and Russia had with Katharina the Great and so much more. It is a shame that Germany as the country that harmed the former Sovietunion and its people that evil is now in conflict with Russia, whose people never held up bad thoughts against us what happened in WW II. We should have better remained neutral. I hope one day we will overcome these poisonous prejudices and hate that developed in german society and live together in peace and prosperity, which NATO/USA and Ukraine want to destroy. Drushba!

Ukraine, as such, ceased to exist on 22 Feb 2014, when U.S.-backed radicals (note euphemism!) overthrew the country's peaceable elected government. The coup caused the country to split into four parts: (1) Crimea, (2) the DPR, (3) the LPR, and (4) the rump state ruled by the U.S. and the regime in Kiev. Ukraine's sovereignty died when Ukraine died. The Donbass, Crimea, and other parts of the artificial entity once called "Ukraine" is occupied by people -- by human beings! This is what the U.S. war machine fails to comprehend. The artificial borders of the old "Ukraine", like capital, constitute the dead hand of the past. The people who live within these borders constitute the present and future, and, as living human beings, they get to choose new borders -- even borders that may displease the U.S.. What happened to "Ukraine" is a bit like what happened to "Yugoslavia" in the 1990s. Under extreme pressure from the I.M.F. and other loan sharks, "Yugoslavia" was torn apart. A number of statelets emerged, most of which were soon annexed by NATO. If the people of Slovenia, say, can accede to NATO, then, by the same standard, the people of Zaporozhia can accede to Russia.

As a Sibirian I was suprised to hear that we have a certain accent. I know people from different parts of Russia and we speak with absolutely the same accent, there is absolutely no difference. Maybe there was a difference before the communist revolution (1917) but now it's all gone. There are a few regions in Russia where ethnic Russians are not the majority that have some other official languages besides Russian, people from there sometimes speak with their own accents but it's probably because they communicate in their native language at home. I can spot a Urkainian most of the time when I hear them speaking Russian (and I believe they can spot a Russian as well) but the difference in pronunciation is really slight and sometimes almost not distinguishable.

At this very moment I am watching a documentary that they broadcast in Belgium, my country, yesterday, on our national TV, in prime time. It is called : “20 days in Mariupol”. It is an absolute western docu, used as propaganda against Russia. Russia and President Putin are portrayed as the worst on earth. It is tragic what has happened there, and nobody knows what is authentic. But no doubt that 95% of my countrymen do not know about all what happened in the past. They are not aware that this operation could have been prevented, and that the West, NATO and especially the US have forced Russia to take action. So frustrating !

Do you not think killing bunch of people for territorial gains is alright? If Ukraine joined NATO it wouldn't change anything because: nuclear weapons can be short from everywhere such as submarines and in a non nuclear war russia would lose extremely fast so Ukraines addition wouldn't change anything about that but that would not happen anyways because Russia has nukes and no matter what you think of NATO they cannot invade a nuclear state. It's basic common sense to understand that Ukraine joining NATO would have been to protect it from invasion.

@@aidos8448 That was when the distance of the missiles was relevant now like I said nukes can be shot from anywhere. Also I would clarify US was not starting a nuclear war over it even though they did try to prevent the installation of the missiles with war.

im from germany and was as a child in odessa in a camp for young people . And i noticed there alrdy russians are much more chilled than the ukrain kids , also i couldn'T understand why ukrainian kids where so racist while the moskau kids that where there where completly chilled. Same for language Ukraine langauage was barley spoken, and now out of the blue they decided to speak all ukrainian suddenly. Ukraine was always a faild corrupt ex soviet state that never truly was independant from russia.

Greetings from Puerto Rico Puerto Rico is Spain as well we did not fight for independence in fact we were the first autonomy of Spain yet here we are under. American domination and British propaganda. I wish for a unified Iberoamérica and for all the people who share langue culture and a spirit. I hope for peace in Ukrainian it is certainly blood between family caused by external entities and nothing but capital gains at the expense of Ukrainian blood. Israel has done far more damage to unarmed group of people in 3 months that Russians to Ukraine yet, no one dares to call out Israel.

As a Swede, I support Russia because the NATO countries financed the coup in Ukraine in 2014 and where Victoria Nuland was the organizer and appointed the new government 3 weeks before the coup. I also know that there have been at least 2 peace drafts that the parties accepted but that NATO opposed. Before that, I regularly checked out Professor Stephen Cohen on YT. Stephen was a specialist in Russia-US relations and followed all the scripts. I learned quite a lot from that, then I stopped believing in the western media.

Professor Stephen Cohen was a great specialist and a great thinker. I would also mention Prof. John Mearsheimer, for his insight into international politics and Jeffrey Sachs who is an economist but also has deep knowledge in international relations. They all describe the situation in Ukraine in a more or less same manner - it was a disaster set up by the neocons and it could have been prevented.

Great respect to your parents, you are such a nice young man, you can use critical thinking and see things for what they are. In fact, any sensible person will immediately recognize something is not right as soon as he/she reads Ukrainian rants about ''orcs'', ''moksha'', ''glory to the nation'', ''Bombass'' etc. At they joke in Russia, there are two types of people: those who support the SMO and those who haven't yet read Ukrainian social media. And for you it was not social media, but real life
