Facts. Working out for all sports isn’t only about getting strong but also preventing injury. Especially things like football that are high contact if your ligaments aren’t strong enough to handle high impact you’ll tear something for sure cause guys with the strongest ligaments in the world still tear them from time to time.

It would be better and of much greater benefit to and for Jocko Willink as well as anyone else who does have difficulty and/or finds themselves having problems and difficulty doing Pullups or Chinups correctly. FACT IS: FIRST - DOING Joint Preparation Exercises For at LEAST 4 - 6 Weeks BEFORE doing Calasthenics exercises, BJJ, or other kinds of exercise. WHY??? Joint Preparation Exercises HELP prevent injuries. Eating HEALTHY fats, limiting/eating much less unhealthy fat choicea is a fantastic way of eating. Make doing Joint Preparation Exercises FUN!!! They're Well -Worth the time being invested in doing them!! Jocko Willink doing kipping Pullups won't successfully help him to correctly improve with his Pullups. That's NOT GOOD for him in the long run. Right now if he were to make a few VITALLY IMPORTANT decisions that will allow him to greatly improve his physical condition, appearance, look and allow him to feel better than ever before by correcting eating & drinking habits, losing unwanted bodyfat and looking as well as feeling better.... because he DESERVES TO!!!
