Thats fantastic you have an Echinopsis cactus, and East facing window that gets morning sun is perfect for Echinpopsis, it sounds like you are doing everything right except by turning it daily it can throw off the position for the bud production, Echinopsis are very sensitive to being moved around as the buds start to be produced from the same area that the sun will directly come onto them, if its possible keep your Echinopsis in the same position over the Spring and summer months and then over the winter you can turn the cactus around once a week, I used to turn my cacti indoors so then get sun on each side regularly but I noticed this prevented them from budding, fingers crossed this should work for you and you get blooms if not this year then definitely next year, thanks so much Eddie for your wonderful comment and support and for watching, sending you lots of love and happiness and PLANT POWER for a wonderful weekend XXXX
