I filed claim against my contractor insurance it's been 2 months taking forever . Should i write up demand to pay me to owner of company?

Sounds like this is a 3rd party claim. They have no duty to even answer any correspondence or calls from you. I'd talk with an attorney if the value of the case is over $20k If under 10k I'd prob do small claims court

I threatened markel to go court if they deny my claim and they need settle they Dont care.

You want the skinny on how long a lawsuit takes (seeing this guy is beating around the bush and never quite says it), read your attorney-client agreement. "Results not guaranteed" very rarely will the court award attorneys fees and you can expect up to 3-4 years before a settlement is reached. Tack on another year if the attorneys want to take it to court.

A roofer spreading misinformation thinking he's an attorney is classic. I'm not here to protect attorneys but man you are way out of having any true knowledge of this that it's actually funny. Every state has it's own laws on attorney fees so check with your State. A court doesn't award attorney fees EVER unless there's a trial Lol So this clown 🤡 has no idea what the heck he's talking about But I'll just let him keep embarrassing himself Obviously he's a troll
