Being an intuitive eater was the best decision I made. I used to count calories like crazy. I lost 57 pounds as I was overweight. Now I feel my best mentally and physically. Thank for promoting intuitive eating. Love your content so much!! 💕💕

come to Norway, we have the best strawberries. Seconded by Dutch strawberries, they're good too. Just make sure you wash and *dry* them properly before storing them, and don't store them with a lid on, then they should be good for a couple days (but still, it's berries, their will to live is as strong as mine was in high school)

For 9 months i was tracking calories and i was super unhappy, for 3 weeks now I’ve started intermitting fasting, and it changed my life. Yeahh calorie counting can be v toxic so i stopped counting my calories during my ed recovery! I just wanted to do it for this video because a few ppl have asked me to do this :)

You should try the almond butter mixed with hazelnut it’s almond butter but with a nice chocolate taste as well I make rice crispy treats with it instead of marshmallow and it’s so good 👍🏼
