You could always say that the spines that don't glow are due to injury, either to Chili's home via pollution, or to them directly. from dragon hunters. He's beautiful, you both did a wonderful job!

I LOVE how this dragon came out!! Even though the led lights were very tricky the look came out so well. I really like the wings as well. You are both so creative. I 100% agree this is what Dragonaire and Dratini should evolve into not Dragonite

I think I love this more than you do: I love how you hand off parts of the project to each other and what skills/weaknesses you both have. The dolls are always lovely, but it's the process and the changes that the process necessitate that makes me happy to see your latest video. The moments when the rocks are added and become crystals is so lovely, and the struggles with the leds are very familiar.

You can definitely tell that you're unsatisfied with the result but he is so gorgeous! If you focus on the LED part this looks like a "learning" project but you did the whole design spectacularly and he turned out so cute and at the same time majestic! And you make it look so effortless 🔥y'all are really talented

Hey Barb, you will have an easier time with the soldering if you use some more flux. Just put it on both parts you want to connect and then continue with the solder (use an extra bit of wire to get the flux on there because the stuff can be nasty to get back off of other things). Flux core solder is not nearly as nice. I don't solder for a living or anything, but my dad taught me how and I always liked it because the flux made it pretty easy. Larger connections don't always need as much, but these small ones would be helped.

Such a cool concept. I love the rock crystal designs on the body. The picture of the 2 water dragons together at the end is so cute. I love how they compliment eachother.

despite the trials and errors, it still turned out really well and i love it so much. of course it's blue, which is my favorite color, so i might be a bit biased because of that XD but it is still amazing. don't let this discourage you to continue to try and get better with the electronic aspect because it's really cool and unique to add glowy stuff when you need a little extra pizzazz and sparkle.

He looks cute!! I like the combination of colors! I don't know if it would have looked toobland, but for some reason i think that silver would have also looked good where the gold was instead. But i understand why you chose gold. Man, i know this was a lot of hard work to do: i can only imagine how frustrated i would be with trying to wire lights (because i am not doing that any time soon, it's not gonna happen), but i think that it was a good first step for you guys. I'm really happy to see that the polymer clay pieces were nice and actually did let the light come through rather than mostly block it off, that was a relief for ME.

You could paint the ones that don’t light up gold so they look more like the crystals rather that lights and have a sort of asymmetrical vibe but it still works with the rest of the dragon

Oh man, I love all things that glow but most of what I work with is super glow pigments an sometimes even tritium vials (the real stuff) when my family/friends ship em from abroad. Electronics are a logistical nightmare for me an end up brobeing my brother or friend with an anime character they like in a doll form. lol
