Money. How does that word make you feel? Is it a rush of adrenaline, dollar signs running through your head like a slot machine? Perhaps you feel motivated, ready to send those work emails you’ve been putting off, or spend an extra hour writing that movie script that you’re certain will be a hit. But maybe you don’t feel so good when you hear that word. Maybe the mere mention of money causes your hands to go clammy, your heart rate to rise and your brain to start doing somersaults around all the ways in which you don’t have, need more, want more, money.

What a horrible in video sponsorship. Misleading. Long. Makes KZfaq red useless. The black bars top and bottom are stupid. Unnecessary. Why? Just make the video smaller if you like that shape. And a 25 min sponsorship wherein you become a cheap salesman selling junk based on false promises. Very disappointing.

You're absolutely right about the power of compound interest and the long-term potential of investing in index funds like the S&P 500. For many, passive investing in broadly diversified funds can be a reliable strategy over time.

Employing a professional financial analyst or advisor can certainly add value by offering tailored advice, portfolio diversification, risk management, and timely insights. Their expertise can potentially speed up wealth creation and navigate market complexities, but it's important to choose someone reputable and consider their fees, as they can impact your overall returns.

Investing in the stock market has HISTORICALLY provided higher returns than other forms of investment. According to Morningstar, the average annual return for the S&P 500 index, which measures the performance of 500 large-cap stocks, was approximately 10% from 1926 to 2023.

Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right maths, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are alot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look.

The best course of action if you lack market knowledge is to ask a consultant or investing coach for guidance or assistance Like Mark Stuart Jordan. "Money is a new form of slavery, and distinguishable from the old simply by the fact that it is impersonal - that there is no human relation between master and slave." -- Leo Tolstoy

The concept of money as a tool to exchange value is still one of the BEST inventions ever created. What society has turned it and by extension ITSELF into in the endless pursuit of "ever increasing profits" is easily one of the WORST things to ever happen. People consider a mere number with a $ attached to it as more important than common decency, humanity, and common sense. Why else is everything as psychologically manipulative as possible to keep people "engaged" with mind-rotting content just to increase the share-holders portfolios without ANY thought at all as to the consequences. As long as $ go UP, It's FINE.

Is it better to "save" money for a couple of years and then invest into real estate property ?. Let's say I have the opportunity to buy an apartment every 3-5 years. Is it worth just saving the money each month or just get a loan ?. I simply don't like fees and interests from the banks and being tied up. I know my money will lose value in 3-5 years but I believe I can still invest most of it in an apartment. Is it worth getting a mortgage and pay the bank or wait 3-5 years and then put all my money even if its value is worth less in real estate?.

The paradoxical it´s that actually the money its more valuable than the own things or services. We can see that how some products are overinflated for some people that dictates its value. And people buy for show status. And other people that works in some services that the society need it, are not valuable how should been.

Learn how money works. Develop healthy money management. Maybe some investment, savings whatever works for you and dont understand. Keep learning if it takes 1-2 years to start having a good view. This will give you a start but not money guaranteed. Whatever you do if you do your homework on topic, develop healthy financial habits cause there are a lot of bad ones and keep going - as the vid says, you can be financially good and have a good life

I don’t like or agree how we use money but need it to survive, pay rent and food etc. I wish we had something better that really helped people support themselves. Bitcoin and investing into stocks exist but they are a gamble on if you can win in the end and not everyone can win. I’m not sure what we could replace it with but just wish that we had something more healthy than the system we have now that is toxic.
@duodot

The system we have today is all about taking money from the masses and funneling it upwards. The entire financial system is a giant scam. Stocks are a scam, loans are a scam, crypto is a scam, everything is designed to rob you of the little money the elite allows you to make to barely subsist. Too little to give you the opportunity to do something about it, and just enough to keep you content. But the greed is reaching unprecedented levels, and we're in for a major depression soon. Mark my words.

Given current recession pressures Markets work in cycles. One of the most important things to remember is, you should never let large decreases in your account bother you (especially when you have almost a million dollars as the change would be more drastic). People tend to start making irrational decisions when they pay too much attention to their accounts. The best you can do in situations like these is to ensure that money is at least in multiple forms of investment to cover your bases.I just sold my home in the Boca Grande area and I’m looking to remunerate a lump sum into the stock market before stocks rebound, is this a good time to buy or no?

Oh man it's way simpler then that. Money is just as Standardized amount for trading wants. Think about it. All of the top 10 people with the most money would suddenly be broke if people suddenly didn't want what they were supplying. Some instantly as their wealth is mostly funny money. Others will take a bit to burn thought there accumulated pile paying back debts.
