It’s a head scratcher when you compare it to Ricky and chris’s bikes. You’d think it’d be a 7 sec bike for sure. Nice bike for sure. New to the channel, loving it so far.

around 535-545 lbs i was way off lol didn't think you were able to remove that much weight, it's insane! :D

Yeah it is crazy how much weight you can take off them compared to the 1k's. I think exhaust alone if you go full titanium is around 30lbs

Nice weight savings, you think it's possible to get it down below 400lb? Also seeing you switch Ecu's on the Zx10R, will you do the Maxx Ecu on the Busa?

Yeah im sure I could get it below 400 but it's going to get expensive and the bike will lose most of its street look. I do plan on switching over to a Maxx ecu in the busa but probably not until I finally decide to build the motor

You have stock original front and side fairings ? And fuel tank ? If so your bike is just about 30 lbs below my target weight ! My bike is full fibreglass fairings , stock engine - beside clutch , secondary injectors and cam chain tensioner... Ecu changed to FuelTech , fuel is E85 ethanol . Bike is full of sorts of sensors , including rear wheel temp, rear suspension travel and exhaust temps x4 My bike weight is 470lbs with half gallon of e85 (full tank)

Yes the front fairings amd fuel tank are all original. How do you like the e85 over mr12?

@@EnviedKing never tried mr12 , many drag racers use e85 or C85 (VP) here. Cold starts are a pain with e85 , but when fuel injection is in good setup , it not a problem.

445lbs. I was 15lb off. With a cut rail and tank and cell I bet it could get to 400-405

It’s purely a drag bike. There’s no emergency braking & it’ll likely be running a parachute. I’m not sure on the US regulations…
