I built a tripod with block and tackle to lift my anvil onto a stand I made. Asked my youngest son to help with that. He walks up, grabs the anvil and sets it onto the stand, pushing my rigging out of the way!

And he is going to pay for down the road, I lifted a 350lb steel plate and had back pain for a week, 1st day, it dropped me to my knees!
