Dude. This is actual gold. Like bottle this up, sell it on the black market and make a killing. Appreciate all the insight and the language/specifics you give. Talking breaking down all the costs of the different stages of production and being able to articulate to ourselves to understand where our time is going is infinitely better than being like, "Well I was on my computer and editing and stuff." Seriously appreciate it!

We need more transparency in the food content creation industry! Being clear about rates is going to help all content creators. There are so many creators that say yes to cheap product nowadays. There are also so many middle men that try to charge creators

This video is so dope. Great information and great notion about your worth, what to charge, how your rate can go up. I remember my father once told me that you should never let the other guy think you need the work. When you said you were super busy and you quote a super high rate, that's a good idea.

Such a good breakdown. Always appreciate how transparent you are with your content and how you work. I remember being totally clueless at the beginning and feeling like I needed a huge number of followers to increase my rates (which were already rock bottom). I probably did get taken advantage of a few times but now I know better! This is all stuff I wish I would have learned earlier. Great stuff once again!

Well, you would make all that work (shopping, cleaning kitchen, editing,..) anyway. No matter if you use the knife you always use in your kitchen or the knife from the brand, they want to advertise. You would make that very same video, and now you ask that company to pay an ingredient shopping time? Did i understand well? Seems a little greedy to me.
