I use this loading system to load my 2015 Lund WC12 aluminum boat which weighs in at 205 lbs.

Strangely, you have alligator clips, we have crocodile clips lol.

Take a set of jumper cables, a set of Anderson connectors and son solder on copper ends that will bolt to the battery. Put one Anderson connector on the winch mount the other one to the bumper connected to the battery and you will never have to open the hood again.

Hey man I have the same winch but the wiring is a bit different. Instead of that plug I have a green and black wire coming out with little connectors. The switch is the same but there’s a red wire I’m assuming for power. Just wondering where you wired The red wire ?

The winch is just a basic ATV style winch. I bought it at canadian tire for $59 on sale. I think any winch above 1500lbs with forward/reverse & remote function would work fine. I have since replaced the steel cable with super high strength rope so it cant scratch my truck up.
