It's all a bit "chicken and egg". Does traumatic experiences lead to poor diet (fussy/comfort eating) or does poor diet lead to mental health problems? Either way it's a vicious circle
@DocSnipes
@DocSnipes Жыл бұрын
A traumatic experience can lead to a poor diet (after trauma a person might choose to consume sugar, carbohydrates or high fat foods because these foods increase the chemicals in our brains that help us feel good and elevate mood ). A poor diet can lead to mental health problems as well, as explained in the video :)

I was so excited to see this! Thanks Doc Snipes. I have been on an anti-depressant for many years and I am looking to "kick the habit" this year as I am learning to come out of my strong emotions with HPA axis work and trauma recovery work, a lot of which you are helping me with. We love you, Doc Snipes!

I just came back after seeing clients to complete the quiz and I can't access it. I signed in at the beginning and commented toward the end. I've never had this happen before. How can I access the quiz? The website says we have all day to complete it.

Support sent me this reply: Once in the attendance, make sure you type your first name and last initial in the chat area so we can track your attendance. The video and chat room are open to the public. The quiz and certificate will be protected in our classroom area. So immediately after the class you will need to go into the classroom, take the quiz and download your certificate. The course will close THAT day. Make sure you go and take your quiz right after the lecture. Doesn't make sense though or something wrong because nothing changed on the webpage or "classroom".

I did the name thing throughout the webinar, but could not find any link for the quiz. I also sent support a note. At like 4:00, like Jeff, I was informed the quiz had to be accessed right after. I searched all over DocSnipe’s youtube and found nothing. Also searched the allCEUs website - subscription and all. Nothing there either. Now it’s way late so guess no CEU🥲
