It has to be Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and it needs to be the right kind to get the benefits, but I will tell you the best kind to buy and how to use it. People living in the Mediterranean have used olive oil for centuries. Through articles and listening to different doctors, I have learned about the amazing benefits to our health by adding olive oil to our daily diet. You really need to add this to your food.

I drink it straight. A few tablespoons. Then I drink water after. I’ve noticed I feel better since I’ve started drinking shots of it. I feel like my blurry vision is getting better. It also helps clean out gallbladder and liver stones

A good testimony to feeling better since starting to take shots. How much do you put in your shot? I usually do 2 TBSP

Thanks for your comprehensive information and for listing the oils to purchase ❣️ I wish ALL restaurants were made to use EVOO especially Chinese food. A couple of decades ago, I read online a white paper from a doctor who became a researcher of arthritis (because his mom suffered so much) and he found the cause primarily to be seed oils! Which are found throughout the American diet. I wish I printed it and I don’t remember his name.

I love EVOO! I only buy the cold pressed organic ones that have that peppery taste and in a glass bottle. I have it every single day. So delicious!

I definitely have noticed the more I have used olive oil, the more I have gotten used to the taste and have been able to move up to the ones with the higher polyphenols. More of a peppery taste.

I wash a lemon & cut it up, peel, pits & all & throw it in a blender, add a glass of water, 1 tbsp of ACV , 1 tbsp of EVOO & sometimes some blueberries or other berries , blend it up & drink it. Very healthy.

I really like Partanna olive oil. It is extra virgin, cold pressed, and in a dark glass bottle. Produced in Sicily, it has the harvest date. The notes are fruity and vibrant. Best of all, Walmart carries it! There is regular and organic Partanna.

I have Costco Signature Organic EVOO in my pantry. Great price, it’s certified by the Bureau Veritas (tests, inspects, and certifies products), and is very high in polyphenols at 369 mg/kg. Great tasting, too. Gotta love Costco! And I just made you drink concoction that you demonstrated, Sandy! Never thought of adding EVOO to my sole water. Great idea. Thanks for your videos! 😊

Thank you so much for sharing another great place to buy olive oil! I’ve heard that Costco’s Kirkland brand has great EVOO. We don’t have a Costco in our city, just Sam’s Club and they do t have good olive oil.

Amen, sister! I cook with only two oils. Olive oil unless I need a high smoke point oil, and when I do, avocado oil. Another thing: I hope no one's still using shortening. That stuff is your basic industrial waste. Substitute lard. Sounds gross, I know, but it's all kinds of better for you. Finally: please, please, PLEASE use butter, not margarine. That latter is another toxic industrial waste.

What you said is SO true! Shortening and mattering are like eating plastic. I showed in a video how to make an emergency candle with shortening….but I sure wouldn’t eat it! Margarine either!

Hi Sandy, it's Joe. It was about spring 2020 when i discovered the truth. Since then i do not use any seed oils and only use olive oil, avocado oil, butter and bacon grease. Also tallow etc. You also have to change your diet, but seed oils is a good start ...... 😎👍👍

Hey, Nancy! I think avocado oil is good too! But, it hasn't been studied to the same degree that olive oil has been studied. Olive oil on the other hand, has been used for centuries and we know for sure that it is super healthy for the body.

They do. But if it is not brought to a high smoke point, I have learned it can be used. I've watched some different people that own olive ranches and they've said to get the pan hot, then add the oil right before the food.
