✅ EVOO BUYING CRITERIA
These are the main criteria my team and I used to source a Blueprint EVOO:
1. Cold pressed
2. High polyphenol count (over 400 mg/kg)
- Blueprint EVOO has 523.4 mg/kg total biophenols (HPLC)
3. High Oleic acid count (over 67%)
• Our current Blueprint EVOO (May Harvest 2023) has 72.26% oleic acid
4. Harvest Date
• Where possible, try to find EVOO with a recent harvest date. This lets you know when the olives were picked.
• The fresher the olives, the more nutrients they’ll have.
5. UV protectant bottle
6. Third-Party Tested
• Every single batch of oil needs to be quality tested by a trustworthy third party, so you know that it is what it says on the bottle.

I’m 27, had the tools to guide me through an excellent education in a foreign country better than the one I was born in. But I find myself climbing out of a pit of depression, anxiety, despair, and perhaps one of the root causes, that of financial problems. I’m broke, been on the streets twice in the past few years. Nobody wants it except from you. You just see a guy titled a video talking about anti aging and you just instantly go WOOOW CANT BELIEVE IT. The dude doesn't look younger at all he looks like a man in his 60s who had a face lift and even then you can clearly see how bad his skin is. Thumbnail is also photoshoppes and theres light changes to the video to make him appear more healthy. He's wasting away because he doesnt feed his body. I got some for my mother as a Christmas gift and tried some myself. I can't say I've ever had such a profound flavor with regular olive oils found in store. Every Christmas has been hard to find a gift that she would actually enjoy, but I always see her buying the best olive oils, so I thought this was a win. Haha.

I can’t fully express how much I appreciate what this guy is doing. He spends his time and money pursuing and sharing something worthwhile. I’ve been trying to find GENUINE olive oil for more than a decade, and I’m stoked that he’s found it (< 3 yrs) and made it affordably available. The same goes for pure, healthy cacao, so I’m waiting on him to solve that problem as well. Crossing my fingers, hoping that’s next.

I'm from Croatia and we have some of the very best and most awarded olive oils in the world. Those olive oils have been winning gold medals all over the world for many years now. In particular, there is a region in Croatia called Dalmatia as well as the peninsula Istria where olives have been cultivated for over 2,000 years. The main reason why Croatian olives and subsequently extra virgin olive oils are so exquisite is the Mediterranean climate and the unique and rare soil where those olive trees are planted. Check them out, you will be amazed by the quality and flavor!

You do understand, all this information has been around for generations. The plasma transfer has been a theory for decades, but was to expensive to truly matter, plus needing a child with the same blood type, your own having a 50/50 chance. My grandma back in Italy (Marche region) just turned 90, she looks 75, still does sudoku and crosswords and still working on her farm (quicker than me). I am totally baffled by this. Sounds like EVOO is not a household food in US? I mean in all Europe you get good quality EVOO in all decently sized super markets

$62 for two bottles of olive oil is definitely not "minimizing profit margins" for a european olive oil. Top quality, non mass produced olive oil costs like $15 for 0,7l bottle here in EU.

Yea I'd love to know if you find an equal alternative for us Aussies? It's a shame postage to Australia is just way too expensive to consider purchasing. Especially when half the year harvest comes from Australia haha.

Yes, the price for 2x 750ml incl. shipping to Australia is $167 AUD!! Have you checked Coles? At least here in Airlie Beach (North QLD) they've been selling the Cobram Estate "Ultra Premium Coratina" - BOLD Olive Oil? It's usually $20 per 500ml bottle. But they sometime have sales which brings it down to $15 or even $10. And the Olive oil seems to match the criteria.

You'll have good olive oil orchards in Australia though right? Here in NZ we have plenty. Not with huge production but still some are of good quality.

I live in Canada and the shipping cost for the EVOO blueprint comes to 44$..I think there must be a way to make this more affordable and cost friendly for individuals living outside of the US.

Over half of that is duty and tax you'd pay anyway, so the shipping is actually only $19, same as anything else from the USA.

@@justinw1765they are great all of them. Then depending on mineral disposition it can vary a bit. And of course producer. And taste comes down to preference. But if it’s labeled EVOO All is from good to great.

I bought your olive oil a few months ago and it’s SO GOOD. I would consider myself well versed in Olive Oil and you can taste the quality. Really impressed! I was skeptical because of the low price but it is really worth it. Thank you!
