I love when a restaurant uses specialized techniques on local ingredients that are very hard to replicate anywhere else. Def makes this place special and worth trying!

Dude, that last statement is so humble. "It's very simple food, but there's a lot to it." Sir, this may seem like simple cooking to you but I can guarantee that the majority of the population does not. I, for one, don't think this is simple food. This is an incredibly unique amalgamation of flavors and techniques. If you care about something, you will do your due diligence and R&D the hell out of a dish to make it the best version you deem possible.

This place kills it. Everything I've ever had here was excellent and the way they handled Covid seating was such that it is a permanently usable part of the restaurant. These guys are doing it right in every way.

Oh hey i drive past this place almost every time I go to work. Neat to see a video about a local place. Been here once, bar's the best place to sit and the brisket was to die for.

I liked how they incorporated the outside seating. I think they had the best go of it that I personally saw. You're on point with the brisket, it's killer.

That brisket looks phenomenal! And, while I don't generally eat mussels, I'd be all over trying that mussel/egg bite. Your sauces have me very interested!

The sauces should. I would venture to say they have the best bbq sauce I've had outside of Texas. Probably the best brisket too.

Maine has cold water. Lobster molt their shells in cold water. Maine has soft shell lobster. You can keep them. Warmer water harder shells tastier meat. 12 year lobsterman here.
