Everyone wants to criticize police,media without criticizing themselves. If tomorrow a case of same nature comes out then we will be the first person to call the accused a traitor or spy. Media knows public's emotion very well and thats why they play with it very easily. If you disagree then just think about Riya Chakraborty case and how public and media unleashed hell on her.

@@Pythonsr71 hahaha... none of the scientists in NASA are billionaires... a million dollar is 7 crore rupees, so, maybe yeah, he couldve been a millionaire or not, depends on what role they were giving him in NASA. remember, he was put in leadership position in ISRO, i doubt that NASA would have done the same, probably a less charismatic small role. so, he took the best offer at that time. it was not his patriotism or sacrifice, but a very much rational decision indeed. the accusations and tortures are basically what happens when a country is at war or warlike situation with another country. and ofcourse the uneducated inhumane nature of policemen in general. they are like the last benchers in school who, if get a chance to harass the topper, will do it very spontaneously.

I think it's also shame on public because godi media was telecasting this man as a traitor for TRP, and without cross checking the facts nor even understanding the problem involved they blindly concluded nambi as a traitor. If their was public pressure at the start their are high chances the case would've shifted to cbi long back before it actually happened. Edit: most of u who read this comment highly misunderstood this the word godi means a media that propagates fake news/hate speech to create herd mentality that's the only thing I meant, I was just against yellow journalism and herd mentality but most of u concluded I meant so called bjp supported media and I was pro congress and pro upa 😂😂😂😂. Thank you for making a detailed video on this. 🙏🏻 Recently I saw R Madhavn interview in which he talk about Nabmi sir. One sentence that shook me was, "Although justice is delivered, award and compensation was given but try and search for my name in google, top results include all false accusations against me, and people still believe them". Some important take from this case:- 1. Politics have precedence over anything in this country. 2. Lack of awareness leads to misinformation injected in the grapevine of our society. 3. If a budding scientist took this as an example he will never imagine his career in #ISRO resulting in another channel for brain drain 4. Rather than posthumously correcting our mistake, we should acknowledge our mistake and deliver the justice Nambi sir expects and deserves. A huge thank you for Bisbo 🙏🏻

I doubt all these claims. If not arrested, could Nambi make a rocket engine to challenge NASA?!!! There is only a Nambi Narayanan in the entire ISRO capable of developing a rocket engine?!! These are just tall claims! He was just part of a team of engineers and used to claim the credit for himself for the achievements of his team! Also he became famous only after this case (if he was such a genius we should have known him long before)!

Let this video be a lesson for India. As my closest born-and-raised-in-India EE-engineer friend (whose father owned a factory in India) says, "India is full of corruption, especially police corruption!" With a small bribe these police were able to destroy India's leading rocket program and leading scientist! Nambi was on the verge of earning BILLIONs of dollars in the satellite-launch business - for India! So this is why tech workers are always leaving India! If India can't protect its best and brightest people, why stay there? Why not go someplace where your work is respected and you can work in peace? Someplace else! This injustice will continue until India reforms its police & judicial systems! Just delayed 25 years is justice denied! I say this in the hopes that constructive criticism will help India!

One police man - who visited the mali ladies hotel room to check her visa documents. As usual he wanted sexual favors - he didn’t get it. His vengeance to twist things up went out of control. Media getting a bond style story - Leading to dirty politics taking advantage. These Mali ladies came to india for their personal reasons. That police mans greet had lead to all these. Shame on him. These organisations are there to develop foundation for technological advancements upon which private players can improve their tech. Nambi who refused a fat paying job at USA to work for his motherland was completely destroyed for no fault of his own. If I was him, I'll leave India with all my family to some other country never to return back. His knowledge in space is immense and he can help advance any country instead of sitting idle at a desk job. Being India he'll never get justice from the judiciary. It's better to seek asylum outside India and work his mind instead of letting his knowledge rot at the desk office. Sue the newspaper too please.

And how Horribly they treat North Indians and Hindus. My father got a posting in Kerela , but he returned only after 3 months. I love how the State Of Kerala dropped charges against the police officers who falsely implicated Mr. Narayan. That mleccha, Sybi Matthews went on to become Chief Information Commissioner of Kerala. Truly God's own country. What a wonderful police system of the superior Mallus. If it hadn't been for the Supreme Court of India, these sh*ts would have walked free.

Kerala has never developed substantially, because of cheap politics since decades. Naming, shaming, backbiting, backstabbing is basically an old Congress culture in Kerala. They intervene everywhere, even in family matters which doesn't need politicians. Poor Nambi Sir is just one example... There are many unknowns and common men who become victim of Kerala politics, some by those who want show off their political clout, some who want to take revenge. I often wonder why we call Kerala a God's Own Country.

Well the centeral agency proved him innocent. The state investigation agency was corrupted. This is not 100% what the whole country represent. The case could not have taken its blown out proportions without media trials. Same happened in SSR case any many more. There should be a law to prevent media from giving verdict themselves for an undertrial case

Did Mr. Nambi really got justice? 25 years fight for such a honest person in supreme court itself says that he only got some money but Indian judiciary miserably failed. I am sorry to see the matter of fact and come to such conclusion.
