She teaches that the thoughts we think should be "questioned" because we can think and believe a lot of things that aren't true and we suffer from those thoughts. she developed a way to question to end suffering. She is worth listening to. She also has a podcast. Blessings.

@B B I can see your point…I see it as a situation is a prism. You can either suffer or not. It’s not shifting blame but giving a person or situs on the benefit of the doubt and that things are not what they appear to be. If we are love then how can any action not be performed out of love?
