Couldn't Agree more with you. Literally indian people are so busy in religious conflict. India is also a secular country but unfortunately we couldn't grow n develop like Singapore because of our leaders. One is busy with hindus and one is with muslims to become PM. We should learn a lot from Singapore even from our state of Kerala. Kerala is the most literate state in india and i think this is because the people from different religions stay together without any racism and without any conflict without any judgement. If other people also start to think like that then india can be so bright in the future as a secular country, as a developed country.

I am a Dutch-Singaporean. Although Singapore lags in terms of civil liberties and democratic rights compared to the Netherlands, the leadership of Lee Kuan Yew and his party which led Singapore since 1955, the PAP and the iron fisted clampdown on corruption to provide such a direct rule to keep ministers in line, so they won’t get bribed and disrupt their service to constituents, is why such ruthless governance should be implemented across the world.

I went to Singapore earlier this year, and OH MY GOD. Everything is so developed , the transportation is so good. People are so humble, and they are always ready to help. Not to mention how citizens respect every job, from business exec to a garbage collector, everyone is paid enough to lead a decen life. I went during their independence day celebrations, and you could feel the excitement and patriotism in the air.

Thanks Dhruv, for making such informative videos. In my opinion the most important thing is education since the leader was educated he tried to impart the same in his people. Unfortunately our leaders are not educated how will they ever change the nation? Important point got missed the first prime minister was a mathematician from Worlds #1 college. When he held the chair first time, he put all top educated people at the all top political positions in Singapore like Top Economist, top scientist, top educationist etc., and then all layers in politics were top educated folks..
