I was in prison 3 times in 1990s n came out in 98 for last time my offences were in alcoholic drinking life thankfully by grace of god n a programme of change I turned my life around I found like most jobs had good screws most were in the middle n then like you say some are thugs n wankers take care

"lonely Christmas in the block" try do bang up with no family and friends. Everydays lonely no matter where u are. Solitary is the easiest place to do bang up. Specially if u don't get no visits. You know the deal. Food. 30mins excercise. Shower. No trouble whatsoever. The only problem is the nutters down there making noise so u can't sleep

idk how these men can encourage you to keep going back or to stay in to expose the system, no offense boss but you need to be home with you wife, kid and friends that's way they really need before your kid ends up in prison for following in your footsteps just saying man these people don't want what's best for your family. a real man leaves an inheritance for his childrens children, you cant do that in prison

I feel your pain my man, I was in the block in a jail in Dublin for the last 6 weeks before I got bail in april.turning yellow light on at 7am,no control inside the cell,having to wait till 7:30pm for the night guard to switch it off and give me control of the lights. My canteen sheets getting binned,no money" in the shop!!! And says €30/35 on the sheet.hunger strike for a nail clippers, stripped to my boxers and buttered up my arms and chest, and threatened to go all out and run around the landing(if I didn't get change of clothes) screws using COVID as exscuses not to give u change of clothes and bed sheets! Fuck that,butter out😂 The list is endless Sam. . I was in Walton in 2017.and lived in Liverpool 2015-2018, iv a claim going in to IPS(Irish prison s) medical negligence, I could go on and on and on, would love to have a 1 to 1 chat with you Sam. I could give you some belter story's from both city's, Liverpool and Dublin 🙈🙈 Keep the head up, focus on your release date bro ☘️♥️🇨🇮

Best one is you bump into a screw on the street, there arse goes, lmao! me and my mate were in Newport Shropshire, 2 gym screws who must have been to Lilleshall came in the boozer and we were eyeballing them from across the bar, lucky for them the place was packed, by the time we got round the bar they'd run to there car and we just heard tyres squealing as we saw the back of there car flying away.. we were gutted we didn't catch em, but did we laugh afterwards, I will never forget that as long as I live.. 🤣🤣🤣

I had a screw give me black eye while I was restrained in hmp hewell my complaint didn't get took serious till I buss case, when I got out they payed for the taxi back to the prison and he was sacked in front of me! It felt good! The more the screws get annoyed more ure winning!
