Fear is a valid emotion. It's meant to be embodied and felt. We all carry an inner shadow and collectively we carry a collective inner shadow. It's this shadow we fear the most and it's this shadow that creates so much suffering, both individually and collectively. But when we look into our inner shadow we will find our inner child. This child was once traumatised so we hid it. Heal this inner child, embrace it, integrate it and we will re-attach in ways we never thought possible. It's about nervous system regulation and if we all learn to regulate our nervous system true human enlightenment will occur.
