you do realize blues sadness wave reached all the way to where the cluster was fighting yellow, and was causing it to begin losing to her, and once the wave was stopped it finally defeated yellow, and that was much further away

Actually I did want to point out- back in the zoo arc (Steven's dream) Steven was affected by blue diamond's power like, across the entire earth I think, so I don't really think there's a limit as to how far it can reach.

I think that's more because he has a tight bond with her, making him more vulnerable to it, remember that when the Diamonds were approaching in Reunited, only Steven had tears, and Garnet was hoding him, so that makes ot clear that's more on Steven.

I don't think it's that lapis has had it the worst but that she's internalized her pain and reflected on it and gone over it the most. She's has the most time trapped inside her own head, while in the mirror and while she was Malachite. She also had a lot of free time on the barn to just agonize, as demonstrated in her song she sometimes sees the hope but then it all comes crashing down. While other characters have experienced pain they haven't clung into their pain and let it define them the same way lapis has.

I’m glad they didn’t fight yellow because they could have all got poofed by her electricity(besides garnet unless she unfused)And blue would have been overwhelmed with everything so used her crying abilities to make the cluster loose her physical form

I think for Yellow and Blue these weren't explicit healing powers but actually manipulation of a gem's makeup. Yellow is Form. The Gem's light-based form to be exact, as she reverted Centi/Nephrite back to how she's supposed to look. This power would be important in military to keep soldiers in line and probably before propaganda she could quickly use it to force shapeshifting quartzes to behave. Blue is probably Mind. She has emotional based powers but ultimately I think she has the ability to affect a Gem's thinking other than emotions themselves. It wouldn't change how her sadness wave affects others, but it would make sense because she is changing how they think instead of forcing an emotion into them. Steven/Pink is Heart/Healing. He doesn't change people's feelings but has the ability to reverse damage to a Gem's physical and emotional wellbeing. White is Binding or the permanence to the changes made. Arguably this might seem weaker, but the ability to keep things in stasis keeps being touched upon on the show and has great benefits. If Lapis was affected by this while trapped, she would spend the last 5 thousand years like she were just in the mirror for mere minutes or less.

Lapis’s power was heightened during her time fused with jasper and, blue diamond healing abilities can only heal a gem emotions, just as yellow diamond can heal a gems physical form

i feel like for lapis's part it may have to deal with the freshness of the trauma and how she's coped thus far. for lapis it's been a never ending barrage, and she hasn't been dealing with it like. at all. for comparison's sake lets take pearl, someone who has massive issues revolving her status as a pearl, the loss of her onesided love rose/pink diamond, and the trauma war can bring. however, pearl is different in that she's been, for the most part, coping. she's had breaks between her events and has been more or less living her life, especially in regards to mothering steven. edit: this could absolutely go either way tho. but thematically its an interesting thing to do with lapis's character

tiny thing, speaking from experiences, the emotional pain of loosing someone/ect, is greater than any physical, BUT being complementary isolated from everyone/everything, being you're only form of company, loosing yourself inside of your mind, you go fucking crazy, so for me I can see how Lapis would be the one to be able to resist Blue....also Lapis mentions her bad experiences with Jasper, in the water, she says "it was more than one" which makes me thinks there's more to her backstory we haven't seen

I don't think Blue or the other Diamonds have gem or organic healing abilities quite like Pink. Not sure about reviving the dead, I feel like they could. But Blue's healing abilities seem to be based more on emotions.

Stevens gemstone healing ability is most like a byproduct of the diamond essence's ability to give life to things. This is also probably how steven and rose/pink were able to bring things to life. Plus, when Steven healed centi, garnet essentially said that his regular healing powers weren't going to cut it because her mind was damaged, not her gemstone. So he used a different power when he healed Centi. And whatever power he used on her only seemed to partially heal different pieces of the damage done to her. None in which included damage to her gemstone. So no, the diamonds most likely all have the same general healing abilities as pink/Steven but never learned to use them because they obviously didnt care to do so or were never in a situation where they needed or wanted to.

Anyway, I still doubt about having "general" healing abilities when in Future because we get to see how the Diamonds' powers work in reverse; Yellow holds power over a gem's form, even allowing them to stay stable with a cracked gem or alter their form, and with the others, all three other Diamonds, I think, have other forms of healing. White Diamond I think is the best bet for Volleyball if she ever wants to heal from the damage Pink caused, etc. Or wait, I think you're on to something about general healing abilities being with cracked gems, and Yellow has been shown to also put shattered gems together.

@@Zeno11Salazar Yeah I also forgot about Yellow Diamond healing shattered gems. I dont recall if they tried, which they most likely have, but Steven and Rose werent able to heal shattered gems. Maybe Yellow has a more advanced form of healing then Pink? And yeah I know that they all can manipulate different aspects of a gem. But im saying that considering Steven had to use an undefined power to heal Centi, that their abilities to heal a certain part of a gem are different from the general healing ones. Because once again, steven was not using his regular healing abilities when he and the rest of the diamonds healed the corrupted gems. Garnet essentially pointed out thet fact that his regular healing powers would not work. He was using another power. So whatever power he used to help heal Centi and the other corrupted gems is his gem related power, and his other healing abilities are just from the life giving properties diamond essence has. I think blues new cloud creation power supports this as well, as she uses her tears(or essence possibly) to create them. The diamonds can notably apply different powers to their auras so this might also go for their essence too, since both are mostly likely intertwined.

I don't think blue diamond can heal or revive it's just as you can see each diamond has there own thing while yellow heals their form blue heals them emotionally and pink heals the heart and she can just heal and white heals there mind after all you need all those things to remain healthy and stable the corruption song was a reverse version of there healing powers instead of healing the gems they corrupted and broke them I hope you guys understood😁

I think it’s because that Lapis was in Blue Diamonds court. All of the other diamonds belonged to other diamonds. Sapphire belonged to Blue Diamond But Ruby doesn’t so that changes in Garnet.

Blue is equal to Yellow, but she MIGHT be stronger because White says that while Yellow is strong, she's a bit weak against blue, and the only reason Yellow almost poofs blue is due to blue being too kind and vulnerable enough, not to mention Blue's court are so op against Yellow's court so why not the diamond herself? Idk they're still equal imo
