Bam is forced to stay home now due to us having guys who could shoot the ball. When we had Rob and Smart, he was able to roam on defense and give fits for Jayson and Jaylen but now it’s a different game

Yup it was mechanical destruction of the zone. But lets give props to Sam. This only worked because he made his 3s and he kept shooing after the 1st 2 misses. The heat run zone because their defensive principles are: 1. pack the paint 2. bait enemies to shoot 3s 3. hope enemies miss while closing out hard They will leave a 3pt shooter to address a paint threat. So the celtics have to make their 3s. Thats part of the issue last year. We didnt make our 3s for 3 straight games and we always had a non-shooter (timelord, smart, etc) the heat could cheat off of.

@@chriswright8074 Of course Spo is such a "great" coach, that he only won two championships with Lebron, then Lebron dipped and it was a big fat nothing burger for the Heat for six years, and then it took the Son of Jordan/Butler to will the Heat to two blowout finals. But of course, that was all of Spo's "greatness". He will find a way to win this series for the Heat......right?
