Thank for this fab interview :-) Do you have a take on 'cervical instability' or related structural issues /injuries that might affect the vagus? Would all physiotherapists know how to assess and adjust/treat for this or is a specific type of practitioner going to be required?

is it possible for the vagus nerve to get pinched by the spine from an injury to the back??

The vagus nerve is not connected to the spine. It travels from the base of the skull down through the body.

Can vagus nerve cause let pain and numbness

I don’t know if the vagus nerve can cause that. The most common cause for leg pain and numbness is when the nerves from the lower back (L1 to L5) are injured or the sciatic nerve.
