This technology was first implemented by cholas 1000 years before in Tanjore big temple. The vimana which is made of single rock is about 80 tons. It is placed at the top of the temple.

The friction helps to balance the structure along with the help of vimana. The cholas explained this science with simple Tanjore thalai atti bommai

from just viewing the buildings we can understand the balancing technique used. in Taipei 101 the building is uniform. the thichness on the bottom is similar or same to the top of the building. so they used dampers. But, in Burj Khalifa they used a different design where the base is thicher and the top most part is slimmer. so the weight is balanced and the air resistance on the top is very less. so there is no need for a active damper(like that Mass Damper)

Ok the Burj khalifa is the most advanced engineering technology of 20th century. The big temple is the most advanced engineering technology of 10th century. But what is the purpose and meaning of that height of Burj khalifa. Big temple entrance is 18 ft height Mai ezuthu 18 Linga of 12 ft height Uyir ezuthu 12 12*18 =216 letters. The height of the temple is 216 ft And finally the gold plated kavasa is 1ft. Which is at present not there. Ayutha ezuthu 1. He actually build this temple to mother Tamil.

இந்த கட்டிடம் மிக அருமையான வடிவமைப்பு. Observatory really good if no cloud..there is gold museum in it at the top floor,coffee and snacks are available. One of the high speed lift.its mall is very big and fantastic. Mainland China ppl flooded to visit this building. One of the fine attractions in Taipei city.
