NOCOM was by far one of the biggest exploits 2b2t has even encountered. And one player took full advantage of the public NOCOM data as many bases as possible. Let's see how he did it.

Thats how SalC1's base wasn't griefed until recently. He's shown the terrain in many videos but everyone assumed that the base was already griefed and didn't bother. It wasn't until someone accidentally stumbled apon it when it was finally griefed.

with world downloads of the builds you could copy them to a server to make a sort of museum or combine them all into a gigantic city by placing fitting bases next to each other, players could then go explore that city and find inspiration for their own builds or simply just enjoy the different styles and architectures. you could also make a museum/library with the screenshots alone.

Because it’s fun? Building on 2b2t serves as a unique challenge but also has its own feel to it that is separate from what you get on any other server. Of course the base gets griefed eventually but you go into it knowing that. My build group literally has a creative server that has a replica of what’s on 2b. If we wanted to just do creative building I’m sure we could but where’s the fun in leaving something on a hard drive to fall into obscurity.

Would be cool if he used the world downloads and created a world that just contains all the bases he's found. Like an archive of sorts showcasing all the found bases over the years.

Mac should make another 2b2t base database server, because that totally didn't go wrong last time xd

It would be cool if that crew did make a server, no one could build or do stuff just spectate. looking at their conquest, maybe like one with highway, and small podiums for each base.

It's actually super good that someone this nice is doing this first, rather than someone with ill intentions. Hopefully we remember MAC_TONIGHT rather than remembering any griefers.

Did the Nerds release any info on people who were unable to be tracked?(people who never went to spawn/highways etc?)

It's honestly sad to see some bases where the builders spent months to even years building it, and players find it and completely blow the whole thing up with no care at all. Like please have some respect.

Where did Sal suggest that Mac decided to grief these bases?

I love the song credits at the end. I can always recognize the music but can never figure out the name.

I gotta say that Mac is kinda in the good side a bit because like the scene is like SO INSANE and when people see it, they kinda get inspired by it. That leads to more good builders

I feel like japan will make an anime where some brave adventurer logs into an anarchy server to discover bases ala one piece style.
