I hv said this time and time again a fit and healthy thomas partey is crucial to our winning trophies whilst i heartily applaud jorghi for his excellent contributions thus far TP is by far a quicker more alert and effective player in that dm position and it showed so very much in our drubbing of chelsea that midfield trio of martin, decs and thomas were silky smooth hand in glove this has to be our miidfield trio going into 24/25

We are a better team with him however he is alarmingly languid on the ball sometimes nd against big big teams he/we will get punished. Very frustrating to watch.

He does that to change the tempo, it can be very good at putting players out of position as players move around .Those short pases create spaces that can break the press making Thomas look like the rhythm changes when he gets it.

@@Ahoto_papa_bi at times yes. Gave the ball away needlessly again on Sunday. Like I said he can be sloppy on the ball. He's frustrating at times.
