How to add 12 inch bike wheel to hoverboard motor

I'm making new DIY electric scooter from hoverboard parts and i wanted pneumatic tires, so this is only working way to do it.
CHAPTERS
00:00 - Got some rims
00:08 - Mounting motor to vise
00:18 - Grinding the tire
00:55 - Fitting the rim
01:22 - Checking balance
01:30 - Securing the rim to original tire
01:42 - Making hole for a valve
02:15 - Making hole side of tire
02:23 - Valve needs more angle
02:37 - Installing components and we are ready
03:13 - The end

Так же можно проточить в без камерке борозду под камерную и усадить туда покрышку

Id just remove the hover board tire complete and just put on a bigger tire with an inner tude to the existing motor hub. Just need to make a slot for shrader valve.

did you actually try if this will hold up in sharp turns when put in the scooter or bike ? it has no stiffness in y axis

I have been using this scooter since and have no problems. I don't make sharp turns with this. One time I have problem with sloppy turns, but it caused by low pressure in front tire.

How were you controlling the throttle of the hub motor in this video?

Would of drilled thru the bottom/side thru tire to fit a regular tube to keep from buying special tube. Then the tube would of just found it's self to the rest of it's fit

I don't think so. It really need bended valves. I also added extensions to make inflate easier.

It wont because it's secured to rim with screws.

there is no calibration in that wheel, better with 16 inch wheel, look at mine in my channel

Calibration? I also tried with cutted spokes, but they don't last. 16" is too large, not much torque in uphill. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/pt6bpLt_3anIiYk.html
