1:49 You should have the ring lug on the bottom to make full contact with the inverter power post then the washer on top of the ring lug then the lock washer, then the nut.

Good catch, Bud. It made a nice, tight connection, but I would agree with you that order of the washers/wires would be better. I've ended up ordering longer cables to relocated it, which I'll update in a future vid. More soon..safe travels!

I have seen it connected as you described. However, since I already have the batteries connected to each other with large cables, the result (output) should be the same. More soon....safe travels!

If tou have a bluetti 600 watt power bank do you need to have an inverter for some reason? Or is the inverter just for solar charging?

You don't need an inverter if using a power station like your Bluetti, as those functions are built into it already. More soon..safe travels!

Does it matter what kind of inverter you have if you have/go to a lithium battery?

Karin, the type/size won't matter going to a lithium battery (or AGM or lead acid batteries, for that matter). The important thing is your power needs... If you're only doing something like a blender or a laptop, then a smaller (say, 500 watt) inverter would be fine. If you need to run a hairdryer or coffee maker, then 1500 watts is a good minimum. (Also, spending a few bucks more on a 'pure sine wave' is worthwhile if you're going to run sensitive electronics.) Safe travels!

Hi Kevin! I was always told by my mechanics over the years that inverters drain your car/van battery! How do you prevent that from happening so you don't get stuck somewhere? I ❤ & appreciate all your very informative videos, great job, TY! 🤗

U should only have an inverter connected to a secondary battery not your main car battery, and you should shut it off once your not using it as well.

In your case, you do NOT need to install an inverter like this. That monster Bluetti has an inverter built into it, and with that much solar running to it, it sounds as if you are "good to go" as far as power. More soon...safe travels!

Been tested to 2000w? i got scammed once and it would only do about 600w before shutting down. Seems this is a common online scam selling underpowered inverters with stickers of great promise.

Completely understand what you're saying, as some companies do MASSIVELY overstate what their units will do. I've taken this up to about 1650 watts with 3 things plugged in at the same time, so I'm pretty confident in their specs. More soon...safe travels!
